Isaac Kofi Mensah，西非加纳共和国国籍，现任武汉学院会计学院国际会计教育中心专任教师。哈尔滨工业大学公共管理专业博士，湖南大学计算机科学与技术专业硕士。学术成果丰硕，以第一作者身份在SSCI/SCI 期刊发表论文27篇、EI期刊发表论文17篇；主持校级科研项目2项，参与省级科研项目1项；曾任马来西亚、印度相关高校机构国际博士生外部考官。
